How to find best MTG Arena Historic Decks to play?

Magic: The Gathering Arena players consider three key things about Historic decks when they pick one to play:

• Deck WinLoss efficiency. You want to play and win at least 50% of the matches, right? We count Historic decks stats and provide data about winloss on play and on draw so you can estimate your chances with this deck
• Deck tempo. You can play fast aggro decks and slow control decks. The higher average CMC the slower the deck will be.
• Availability and cost. The better cards in the deck, the better results you'll get, but if the deck contains a lot of Mythic Rare cards you miss from the collection, it might be expensive to build it.
